History: Apollo's life didn't start out as well as this golden-hearted stallion deserved. He wasn't abused, but he certainly wasn't loved. Any who came near him and showed him kindness would never leave his memory. If you saw him once many years ago and then visited him again, he would remember you. His first show name was "The Blacksmith" after his black coat as a foal. But once he was done racing (which he never enjoyed much anyways) he was renamed. The one who named him hadn't seen him in years but when they were reunited Apollo was absolutely overjoyed. That man said he had the grace of a prince and the memory of an elephant, so he coined the name, "Prince's Ivory."
